Formative and summative evaluations

Madrasah report cards show formative components (A, B and C) in each phase and then the summative evaluations. Cometstep creates this structure for you, and you enter marks for each component. Totals are worked out automatically.

The rest of the school

Everything else works the same as any school: admissions, attendance, ID cards, a timetable and a mid-day meal register. Fee modules can be left switched off if your school does not collect fees.

Is WBBME a board I can choose?+

Yes. Choose WBBME as the board when you set up the school.

Can I change the full marks?+

Yes. Full marks are set per class and subject, and you can change them any time before marks are entered.

Does it handle Bengali or Arabic names on ID cards?+

ID cards can print names as you type them. Check a printed sample before printing the whole school.

Is there a mid-day meal register?+

Yes, with headcount, meals served, stock and a monthly report.
