Free plan: questions
Is there a really free tutor management software?+
Yes. Cometstep’s tutor plan is free for life for up to 25 students with 2 GB of storage. Unlike many tools that only offer a short free trial, there is no time limit.
What do I lose on the free plan?+
The free plan covers everything a solo tutor needs: scheduling, attendance, fees, receipts, reminders and progress notes. It is limited by the number of students (25) and storage (2 GB), not by features or time.
What happens when I teach more than 25 students?+
You keep your account and choose a paid plan sized to you. The price is shown before you pay, and nothing is charged automatically.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You only need an email address.
